Season minced Beef cooked in Garlic, Onions, Basil and Oregano. Smothered in lashings of our own Ragu sauce, pasta sheets and topped with our homemade creamy Cheese sauce.
Our first store within Spar and the heartbeat of Graham Eyes High Class Butchers! Roe Lane is where we produce all of our homecooked ready meals. Our kitchen manager/head chef, Gareth, and his team are all based at Roe Lane where they cook all of our delicious, hearty meals.
The production doesn't end at Ready Meals. Roe Lane is also where our homemade sausages and burgers are produced. Our production team, lead by John, produce sausages and burgers for all of our stores and catering events.
Managed impeccably by Nick, Roe Lane is an extremely busy store and we are lucky to have such a wonderful team here. Nick, Harry, John, Ash, Adam, David and Victoria are always on hand to help customers as well as making sure both our fresh meat and pre packed counters are well stocked with quality meat and oven ready meal options.

We moved from our old Cambridge Road shop into the Spar in November 2017 and are glad to still see so many familiar faces every week.
Cambridge Road is managed fantastically by Mark who has a lifetime of experience in butchery having worked in numerous different aspects of the trade.
Mark has a good team around him in Ash and Oliver along with part-time staff; John, Reg and Lynn who between them have a wealth of experience.

Located in the heart of Birkdale Village we moved into the recently refurbed Spar in August 2019. The store is managed by Nik, who has plenty of experience behind a butchers counter. Nik spent 2 years managing our Roe Lane store after plying his trade at other butchers in the Southport & Liverpool area.
Nik has been aided in the opening of Birkdale by Graham’s eldest son, Bobby. The two have been joined by Matthew who is learning new skills and developing by the day. Offering an extra pair of hands at the busy times is Lorraine, who many customers will remember from our old Wesley Street store. Lorraine spent 7 years working with Graham Jones and it is fantastic that she can see familiar faces at our brand new store!

Liverpool Road Store, Birkdale

Our first store outside of Southport, Warton opened in March 2018 and gets better and better every week. Managed by part-time singer songwriter and full-time master butcher, Phil Salthouse, we are delighted with how this store has progressed in such a small period of time.
Phil has been assisted since the opening by Harry Eyes, Graham's youngest son. The pair have worked relentlessly in getting Warton to where it is today and have been boosted by the addition of a former chef, Damien Clarke.
Sometimes chefs take a while to adapt to butchery but Damien has come a long way already and we are confident that he will, one day, be capable of taking the reins and managing a store.
Phil, Harry and Damien always have a great variety of products on their pre packed counter and their fresh meat counter is second to none. The guys at Warton have already built up a number of brilliant relationships with local residents and we can only see this store going from strength to strength.

Lytham Road Store, Warton

Opened in December 2019, Murton was the first Graham Eyes store outside the North West of England. We are lucky to have on board 3 high class butchers in Graeme, Warren and John who between them have over 90 years experience in the trade!
The guys at Murton produce their own sausages, burgers and meatballs and have been kept very busy with the "Not So Naughty" sausages which have been a big hit after Christmas. We also have a purpose built kitchen in store where Julie, Pam and Wendy make our delicious home made Ready Meals.
